How it was tested, and where the method is written down: How We Review.
Here is exactly how WithMagnum makes money, so you can read a review with the right amount of trust.
Affiliate links
Some links in our reviews are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a small commission. The price you pay is not affected. We only link to products we have reviewed.
Our Amazon links run through our Layered Media account. Our cigar links use a click tracker that points at the retailer.
Gifted product
Brands sometimes send us product to review. When that happens we still write an honest review, including when the product is not good. If a review covers something that was sent to us, we say so in that review.
Advertisements
This site runs Google AdSense. Ad units are chosen automatically by Google and we do not control which ads appear. We do not accept payment for a specific placement, and ads never decide what we review or what we say about a product.
What we do not do
We do not take money to write a review. We do not accept payment for a positive rating. If a product is bad, we say it is bad, no matter who sent it.
